1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Superhero Hospitality LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Superhero Hospitality LLC operates hospitality-based residency accommodations. All stays are temporary lodging accommodations subject to availability and approval.

Residency or stay status does not create a landlord-tenant relationship and does not establish tenancy rights. Services are provided as transient accommodations.

We reserve the right to refuse service consistent with applicable law.

3. Reservations and Application Process

Some stays may require submission of an application. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Superhero Hospitality LLC.

Reservations are confirmed only upon payment and written confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to non-payment, policy violations, or operational necessity.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rates are subject to change prior to booking confirmation. Applicable taxes and fees will be disclosed at checkout.

Cancellation policies apply as communicated at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is governed by the stated cancellation terms.

Failure to remit payment may result in cancellation or termination of stay.

5. Communications and SMS Consent

By providing your phone number during booking, inquiry, application, or direct communication with our team, you consent to receive SMS communications from Superhero Hospitality LLC related to your stay.

SMS communications may include:

  • Reservation confirmations
  • Check-in instructions and access details
  • Stay reminders and operational updates
  • Customer service responses
  • Lost and found coordination
  • Safety or property notifications

Message frequency varies depending on reservation activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Guest Responsibilities and Community Standards

Guests must comply with all property rules, safety requirements, and community standards.

Guests agree to:

  • Use facilities lawfully
  • Respect quiet hours and shared spaces
  • Follow safety and access procedures
  • Comply with posted property guidelines

Violation of community standards, safety policies, or applicable laws may result in immediate termination of stay without refund where permitted by law.

7. Access and Security

Guests are responsible for safeguarding access credentials, entry codes, or digital keys.

Sharing access credentials with unauthorized individuals is prohibited and may result in termination of stay.

Superhero Hospitality LLC reserves the right to modify or revoke access credentials for safety or operational reasons.

8. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use Superhero facilities for personal, non-transferable use only.

Under this license, guests may not:

  • Modify or copy proprietary materials
  • Use materials or branding for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software systems
  • Remove proprietary notices
  • Mirror digital materials on other servers

9. Property and Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal property.

Superhero Hospitality LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Items left behind may be handled according to our lost and found procedures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superhero Hospitality LLC and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our facilities or services.

Guests use the property at their own risk except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superhero Hospitality LLC, its managers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Damage caused by the guest
  • Misuse of the property
  • Illegal conduct

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion for:

  • Policy violations
  • Safety concerns
  • Non-payment
  • Illegal activity
  • Misrepresentation during application

Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

14. Modifications

Superhero Hospitality LLC may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
